Marketing Manager – Hotel (Egyptian Only)

About the role

The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for positioning, promoting and enhancing awareness of Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay and its outlets. The role focuses on delivering marketing and communications activities that align with Kempinski brand standards and drive the hotel’s market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Create, plan, coordinate and implement marketing and PR activities in line with the hotel marketing plan.
• Maintain and update the guest database for mailings and direct marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Liaise with the Food & Beverage department to promote outlets and develop promotional packages.
• Produce and manage give‑aways, collateral, and ensure all creative assets comply with Corporate Identity guidelines.
• Oversee picture storage and distribution systems (Picture Park & VFM Leonardo) and provide content for the hotel website.
• Act as brand custodian, ensuring all marketing materials are approved by Corporate Marketing before release.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies and suppliers to execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign ROI, response rates and adjust tactics to meet defined targets.
• Assist in developing and controlling the marketing budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creating and executing marketing and communications activities, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of brand compliance and corporate identity standards.
• Ability to work closely with internal teams (sales, F&B, PR) and external agencies.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with picture storage and distribution tools such as Picture Park and VFM Leonardo.
• Knowledge of guest database management for email marketing.
• Familiarity with corporate brand guidelines and approval processes.
