Receptionist & E‑Commerce Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage front‑office reception duties while also driving our online sales channel. Based at our Obour office, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will ensure smooth operation of our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, direct visitors, answer and forward phone calls, and handle mail and deliveries.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
• Implement e‑commerce strategies, set up new products on the website, write product descriptions and upload images.
• Manage online orders, process customer payments, coordinate deliveries and collect feedback.
• Prepare weekly reports on customer classification for the e‑commerce manager.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely product launches and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in customer service, reception or e‑commerce.
• Fluent English and good Arabic translation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
