Mid-Level English Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a motivated Mid‑Level English Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for national and international positions across multiple European markets, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
• Research European labour markets and identify qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
• Create and publish compelling job ads on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Screen applications, evaluate CVs and conduct initial interviews and pre‑screening calls.
• Assess language proficiency, technical competencies and behavioural fit.
• Coordinate online assessments, interviews, group exercises and selection events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and internal databases.
• Provide relocation support for international candidates.
• Present shortlists to hiring managers and ensure hiring timelines are met.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to improve processes and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• 2–5 years of professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in international recruitment is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of internet‑based sourcing techniques and online recruitment platforms.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
