Plastic Injection Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Plastic Injection Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in the 10th of Ramadan City facility. The role oversees the entire injection molding process, ensuring production targets, quality standards and cost efficiency are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the factory’s annual budget to achieve required objectives.
• Implement digital transformation and continuous‑improvement projects to boost operational effectiveness.
• Execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet production targets on time.
• Monitor the three daily operating periods, resolve technical issues, maintain quality and control costs.
• Optimize labor productivity and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality departments and supervise preventive‑maintenance activities.
• Enforce HSE instructions to protect equipment and personnel.
• Guide and motivate employees, review work results and take corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and submit production reports and KPIs for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in plastics mold injection.
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, quality improvement and cost reduction.
• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP are highly preferred.
