Tendering Engineer – Low Voltage Panels

About the role

We are looking for a Tendering Engineer to prepare and manage quotations for low‑voltage electrical panels and systems. The role involves reviewing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring accurate and timely bid submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, project specifications, BOQs and electrical drawings for LV projects.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, cost estimates and Bills of Quantities/Bills of Materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to obtain competitive pricing for electrical components.
• Clarify technical and commercial requirements with clients, consultants and the sales team.
• Evaluate project risks, exclusions and deviations to ensure accurate tender submissions.
• Maintain records of tender documents, quotations and pricing databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in electrical tendering, estimation or quotations for LV projects or panel manufacturing.
• Industrial background is a must.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of low‑voltage electrical systems, switchgear, distribution boards, MCCs and PCCs.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial offers and cost estimations.
