About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Principal Solution Architect specialized in networking to lead technical engagements across pre‑sales and delivery. The role involves working closely with customers in the Gulf and Africa regions to translate business objectives into secure, scalable networking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales qualification activities and design architectural solutions for complex customer environments.
• Develop technical strategies and implementation plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services.
• Guide project quality‑assurance activities and provide technical leadership on large‑scale projects.
• Mentor and coach delivery teams, delivering on‑the‑job training and technical workshops.
• Maintain deep expertise in networking technologies, Dell Technologies solutions, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge bases, white papers, and best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in networking architecture, pre‑sales, and project delivery.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication skills and experience mentoring technical teams.
• Willingness to travel across the Gulf and Africa regions as needed.
