Workflow Systems Specialist

About the role

Responsible for analysing, designing, developing, implementing, and testing network and IT business requirements, processes, and workflows. Operate and support systems while implementing proactive alarms and automations to improve operational excellence and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and design network and IT processes and workflows.
• Develop, implement and test automation solutions and proactive alarms.
• Operate and support systems 24/7, ensuring high availability.
• Create new services and automate day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Apply analytical thinking to drive operational excellence and generate out‑of‑the‑box ideas.

Required profile

• Experience in the IT domain with good knowledge of development technologies.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities, with excellent written and spoken English.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Fundamentals of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Oracle and ITIL certifications are a plus.
