Procurement Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

Raya CX is seeking a full‑time Procurement Specialist who is fluent in French to join its Cairo office. The role oversees end‑to‑end procurement activities, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, process and track purchase orders from request to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate, select and maintain relationships with suppliers, conducting market research as needed.
• Support contract negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and service levels.
• Monitor procurement performance, analyse cost and quality data, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, generate reports and communicate with regional and international partners in French and English.

Required profile

• Strong procurement and purchase order management experience.
• Proven supplier evaluation and vendor management capabilities.
• Demonstrated contract negotiation skills.
• Analytical ability to compare supplier proposals and prepare clear reports.
• Fluency in French and strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing, preferably within BPO or customer experience sectors.
• Proficiency with procurement systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
