Production Graduate Trainee – NesTalent Program

About the role

The NesTalent Production Graduate Trainee program is a fast‑track development initiative for recent engineering graduates. You will rotate across Nestlé’s technical operations in the MENA region, gaining hands‑on experience in production, quality, and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in multiple 6‑month rotations across different production teams.
• Analyse and optimise production processes to improve efficiency.
• Support operational risk management and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver impactful projects.
• Apply engineering knowledge to solve technical challenges in a fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a strong passion for engineering.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑functional environment.
• Fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Very good GPA and a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical, Quality and Production, Electrical and Automation, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
