Project Technical Architect (Architecture)

About the role

Rawasem Architecture Workshop is looking for a Project Technical Architect to lead the development of architectural documentation and technical packages for high‑end residential, hospitality and commercial projects. The role involves close collaboration with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure design quality, regulatory compliance and smooth project delivery from schematic design through construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, BIM/CAD models and technical reports.
• Coordinate design development across all project phases, from concept to construction documents.
• Conduct technical reviews, material coordination and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Support senior architects by tracking design progress and resolving on‑site queries.
• Participate in design meetings and align deliverables with project standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Fluent oral and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks.
• Competence in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient use of MS Office.
