About the role

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to ensure product quality throughout all production stages in our manufacturing facility. The role involves conducting inspections, testing against specifications, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Monitor product quality across the entire production process.
Perform inspections and tests according to approved specifications.
Identify, report, and follow up on non‑conformities.
Prepare quality reports and track quality KPIs.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve product quality.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related field.
3–7 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in cable accessories, electrical or related manufacturing is highly preferred.

Required skills

ISO 9001 standards knowledge.
Quality inspection and testing procedures.
Non‑conformity handling, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
