QA/QC Engineer – Manufacturing (Full‑Time)

About the role
We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to ensure product quality throughout all production stages in our manufacturing facility. The role involves conducting inspections, testing against specifications, and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor product quality across the entire production process.
- Perform inspections and tests according to approved specifications.
- Identify, report, and follow up on non‑conformities.
- Prepare quality reports and track quality KPIs.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve product quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related field.
- 3–7 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in cable accessories, electrical or related manufacturing is highly preferred.
Required skills
- ISO 9001 standards knowledge.
- Quality inspection and testing procedures.
- Non‑conformity handling, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
