Real Estate Broker – Alexandria (Salary + Commission)

About the role
We are expanding our real‑estate sales team in Alexandria and are looking for motivated brokers who understand the local market. The successful candidate will generate leads, conduct viewings, and close residential or commercial transactions while building a strong client portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers between buyers/sellers or landlords/tenants.
- Build and maintain a client portfolio and referral network.
- Stay updated on Alexandria market trends and pricing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a real‑estate broker or agent, preferably in the Alexandria market.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
- Presentable, professional and client‑focused.
- Own transportation preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
