Real Estate Sales Team Leader

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Team Leader will drive the performance of a group of sales consultants, ensuring they meet and exceed monthly and annual targets. This role involves coaching, pipeline management, and close collaboration with other departments to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales consultants to achieve sales targets.
• Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and implement action plans.
• Oversee lead distribution, CRM activities, and pipeline progression.
• Support negotiations, objections handling, and closing high‑value transactions.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and other departments.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales team members as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–7 years of real estate sales experience with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of the 6th of October real estate market.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.

Required skills

• Experience using sales reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze sales KPIs and manage pipelines.
