Remote Business Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Business Consultant to join a leading information services firm on a contract basis. The consultant will work with client organisations to analyse processes, uncover inefficiencies and design data‑driven improvements that boost performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose operational bottlenecks through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Design and implement process improvements, including workflow redesign, automation and performance metrics.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
• Document findings in structured reports and executive‑level presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management consulting with a focus on process optimisation.
• Strong project management ability to handle multiple engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
