About the role

EgyProperty is seeking a Resale Agent to manage property resale transactions in New Cairo (District 5). The role involves listing properties, conducting viewings, and guiding clients through buying and selling processes while delivering a smooth transaction experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect for new property listings and follow up with leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to finalize agreements.
  • Prepare and present property information to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate offers in line with company policies.
  • Ensure a smooth transaction experience for all parties.

Required profile

  • Strong client‑facing skills with clear communication.
  • Sales and negotiation capabilities, able to meet targets.
  • Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple listings.
  • Basic understanding of real‑estate market dynamics and property valuation.
  • Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to work full‑time onsite in District 5, with flexibility for overtime.
