About the role
This full-time on-site position as a Property Consultant in Cairo involves advising clients on property purchases, conducting market research, and maintaining a thorough understanding of market dynamics.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on property purchases and guide them through the transaction process.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on market dynamics.
- Interact with clients, arrange property viewings, and negotiate offers.
- Provide comprehensive consulting services to ensure smooth real estate transactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Sales experience with excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo.
