Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Join the housekeeping team at a leading international hotel in Cairo, where attention to detail and a passion for guest satisfaction are essential. As a Room Attendant you will ensure every guest room is immaculate and ready for a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist guests with requests such as forgotten items, directions, or other immediate needs.
• Report progress, issues, and supply levels to the supervisor promptly.
• Monitor and control housekeeping supplies to reduce waste.
• Locate and return lost or misplaced guest items.
• Participate in deep‑clean projects and special cleaning assignments as required.

Required profile

• Physically fit; able to stand for long periods and perform occasional lifting of items up to 50 lb (23 kg).
• Comfortable bending, kneeling, and moving heavy objects.
• Basic literacy skills – reading, writing and elementary mathematics.
• Flexible availability for night, weekend and holiday shifts.
