Sales Associate – Cairo Airport Duty Free

About the role

Join the sales team at Cairo Airport Duty Free, part of Chalhoub Group, to deliver luxury products and exceptional service to travelers. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell, restock, and merchandise a wide range of luxury items, including confectionery, tobacco, and alcoholic beverages.
• Provide high‑class customer service, greeting and assisting customers throughout their visit.
• Maintain outstanding store conditions, visual merchandising standards, and a fully stocked environment.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and accurately describe features and benefits.
• Manage point‑of‑sale processes and handle transactions efficiently.
• Receive and process new shipments, ensuring accurate inventory handling.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product information and follow group policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of stock management, merchandising, replenishment, and inventory handling.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
