SAP/ERP Integration Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP/ERP Integration Project Manager to lead the full SAP Business One implementation for Eshratex Cotton Spinning, covering both the hybrid factory in Borg El Arab and the head office. You will ensure the solution fits the company’s manufacturing and commercial processes while driving the project to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end SAP ERP rollout across the organization.
• Design and align SAP processes, modules, and workflows with production, inventory, sales, and finance requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads, key users, and the external SAP implementation partner.
• Act as the primary liaison between Eshratex management/users and the implementation partner.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets agreed business specifications.

Required profile

• Background exclusively in cotton‑spinning or similar high‑volume manufacturing.
• 3–7+ years of ERP/SAP experience, with at least 2–3 full SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business One and modules PP, MM, QM, PM, SD, FI/CO.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional implementation teams.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
