SAP/ERP Integration Project Manager

About the role

The company seeks an experienced SAP/ERP Integration Project Manager to lead the full‑scale SAP implementation for Eshratex Cotton Spinning’s hybrid factory and head office. The role requires deep knowledge of cotton‑spinning operations and proven ability to manage end‑to‑end integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of SAP ERP across the factory and head office, ensuring processes, modules and workflows align with manufacturing and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with managers, department heads, key users and the SAP implementation partner to deliver the project on time, within budget and according to agreed business requirements.
• Act as the bridge between Eshratex’s management/users and the SAP implementation partner, facilitating communication and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Cotton‑spinning background with industrial/high‑volume capacity experience in production planning, inventory, purchasing, sales, quality, maintenance, costing and finance.
• 3–7+ years of ERP/SAP experience, including at least 2–3 complete SAP implementation projects.
• Strong experience with SAP Business One and deep knowledge of PP, MM, QM, PM, SD and FI/CO modules.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional implementation teams, manage data migration, testing, training and go‑live activities.
• Excellent English communication and strong project‑management skills.
