About the role
Lead BIM modelling for large‑scale building projects, ensuring compliance with technical and BIM standards and coordinating MEP work.
Key responsibilities
- Lead BIM modelling for large‑scale building projects.
- Ensure compliance with technical and BIM standards.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of experience in mechanical design using BIM (PHE).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Revit
- Navisworks
- AutoCAD
