About the role
Join a fast‑growing back‑office team supporting a leading Saudi real‑estate developer. You will be responsible for producing and coordinating shop drawings for both mechanical and electrical systems on high‑impact projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
- Coordinate mechanical drawings with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.
- Prepare and review electrical shop drawings for power, lighting, low‑current, and grounding systems.
- Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines.
- Review technical documents, prepare RFIs and material submittals, and update drawings based on consultant comments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mechanical role) or Electrical Engineering (electrical role).
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical shop drawings.
- Contracting background with GCC project experience.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP (preferred).
