Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of secure, automated CI/CD pipelines across multiple cloud platforms. You will work within a cross‑functional team to embed DevSecOps practices, drive GitOps adoption, and ensure high‑performance cloud operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, GCP Cloud Build, and Jenkins.
• Integrate security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA) throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible for automated provisioning.
• Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or Flux for declarative deployments.
• Monitor and optimise system performance using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and GCP Operations Suite.
• Manage containerised workloads with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, ensuring scalability and availability.
• Maintain cloud security through IAM policies, network controls, encryption, and compliance automation.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to automate unit, integration, and security testing.
• Lead initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve overall DevOps efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing CI/CD pipelines in AWS and GCP environments.
• Proven ability to work in multi‑domain, cross‑functional teams.
