Senior Influencer Manager (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Influencer Manager to support the EU Delegation to the Middle East and North Africa (DG MENA) in a 36‑month project focused on communication outreach and engagement on EU policies across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role is part of a pool of qualified Non‑Key Experts that will be mobilised on a short‑term, on‑demand basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer engagement strategies aligned with DG MENA’s communication objectives.
• Identify, assess and manage relationships with influencers, digital creators and opinion leaders across target audiences.
• Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns that promote EU policies, initiatives and partnerships.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytical reports and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate influencer activities with broader communication and social media campaigns.
• Advise on audience engagement strategies and emerging digital communication trends.
• Liaise with communication teams, external partners and service providers to ensure effective campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, marketing or digital media.
• Fluent English; French and/or Arabic are an asset.
• Minimum five years of general experience in digital/social media communication.
• At least three years of specific experience in influencer relations and campaign management.
