About the role

The Pod Manager leads a small team of Account Executives, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and client expectations are consistently met. This position blends administrative oversight with creative direction, covering everything from attendance tracking to campaign strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and support a pod of Account Executives.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and daily workflows.
• Ensure content calendars and deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client strategy.
• Review and validate reports, flat plans, and task flows before submission.
• Oversee campaign quality, maintaining consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Act as the main liaison between Account Executives and Account Directors.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalations quickly.
• Lead weekly team meetings to track progress and address challenges.
• Provide coverage during team absences to ensure continuity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or team leadership within a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media content, campaign strategy, and client‑servicing best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and propose solutions.
