Senior Manager - Interior Design

About the role

Hyde Park Developments is looking for a Senior Manager of Interior Design in New Cairo City. The role manages interior architectural design and coordinates across disciplines with stakeholders, improving design value through each stage. It ensures deliverables are submitted and works carried out by consultants according to quality, standards, materials, schedule and cost, meeting the company's business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for interior design projects aligned with organizational goals, market trends and client expectations.
• Oversee design concepts and lead a concept-driven approach to design and architecture that benchmarks industry standards.
• Lead the design of interior spaces from concept to completion, coordinating with the architectural design team.
• Manage consultant teams so the design brief is delivered accurately, on time and within budget.
• Attend internal and external design team meetings and support teams on conceptual and technical matters.
• Lead the FF&E design and documentation, provide final review of FF&E specifications and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Advise on space planning, interior aesthetics and FF&E integration, and monitor timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies and sustainable design practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Applied Arts, Interior Design or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in interior design.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Interior Design Manager.
• Strong internal project management skills, including creating and maintaining design project timelines.
