Senior Manager - Logistics

About the role

Chalhoub Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end logistics operations across the country. The role oversees warehousing, import/export, transportation, distribution and inventory management while ensuring high service levels and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all logistics functions, including warehousing, freight imports & exports, transportation, distribution and inventory control.
• Ensure client contracts are effectively managed and logistics KPIs are consistently met.
• Manage relationships with freight carriers and third‑party logistics providers, negotiate commercial agreements and drive continuous service improvements.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, process improvements and logistics projects aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with company logistics policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the logistics team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations within retail or FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics networks and lead cross‑functional teams.
