Operations Supervisor, Hub Delivery

About the role

The Operations Supervisor for Hub Delivery supports daily operational duties at the delivery hub, deputising for Hub Account Managers when needed. The role focuses on safety, KPI achievement and continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the dispatch of shipments and monitor cost of supply runs.
• Track, trend and report on site performance metrics, assisting the Operations Manager.
• Coach, interview and onboard logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates.
• Identify improvement opportunities with stores, analyze distribution maps and participate in continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with delivery service providers to raise quality standards and resolve process‑related issues.
• Manage capacity, performance analysis and volume balancing for the hub.

Required profile

• Experience in an operational role, preferably in logistics or e‑commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in spoken, written and read English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime and handle performance‑management tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset for capacity performance analysis and metric monitoring.
