Senior Talent Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Management Specialist to lead key talent initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. The role will partner closely with department heads to address hiring needs, talent gaps, and development opportunities, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection, and hiring.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver effective onboarding sessions and maintain onboarding materials, processes, and checklists.
• Support and continuously improve performance management processes, tracking employee performance against KPIs and objectives.
• Prepare performance tracking reports, provide insights to management, and assist with performance review cycles.
• Maintain accurate employee and talent‑related records, collaborating with managers to identify hiring needs and development opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or HR.
• Proven experience in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Hands‑on experience with performance management and tracking, strong understanding of KPIs and goal‑setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
