HR Intern - Recruitment

About the role

Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable climate and water comfort listed on Euronext Milan, is looking for an HR Intern - Recruitment to join its local HR team in Egypt. The internship focuses on mass and high-volume hiring, giving hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, communication, interview coordination and recruitment administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support mass and high-volume recruitment across different vacancies and help understand recruitment requirements and job specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment events and other channels.
• Review applications and screen CVs against job requirements; support initial outreach and, under guidance, carry out basic telephone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and support recruitment days, career fairs and hiring events.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in recruitment systems, databases and trackers, and support recruitment reporting and basic hiring metrics.
• Keep candidate and company information confidential and contribute ideas to improve the recruitment experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent background; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in recruitment, HR and working with people.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to organize and follow up on several recruitment activities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Availability to support recruitment events and high-volume hiring where required.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
