Senior Tour Operator

About the role

Planet Tours & Travel, a leading Egyptian travel company, is seeking a Senior Tour Operator to design and manage seamless travel experiences for individual and group clients. The role combines reservation handling, quotation preparation, and coordination with internal and external partners to ensure high‑quality trips.

Key responsibilities

• Process individual and group reservations and generate accurate quotations.
• Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and partners to secure competitive rates and availability.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of reservations and quotations in the reservation system.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and other internal departments to guarantee smooth trip execution.
• Support the Operations Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–8 years of experience in reservations, operations, or quotations within the travel industry.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of reservation systems.
