Site Director

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Site Director to lead the site’s strategy and manufacturing operations, ensuring business, operational, financial and quality objectives are met while maintaining regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the site strategy in alignment with EVA Pharma’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing operations, ensuring production, quality, cost, service and delivery targets are achieved.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, productivity and capacity optimization across the site.
• Ensure full compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO and other regulatory requirements, maintaining strong quality and inspection readiness.
• Lead site expansion, CAPEX/OPEX planning, technology transfer and strategic manufacturing projects.
• Build and develop a high‑performing site leadership team, focusing on talent, succession planning and accountability.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading a pharmaceutical manufacturing site or large‑scale operations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
