Raw Material & Unit Head – Warehouse Management

About the role

Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, storage, issuing and dispatching. Lead warehouse teams to ensure productivity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal and external warehouses and coordinate with third‑party storage providers.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through periodic and annual physical counts.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive operational efficiency improvements.
• Oversee proper handling of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts and finished goods.
• Coordinate activities with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Finance and Quality departments.
• Implement warehouse procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of relevant warehouse management experience.
• Manufacturing/industrial background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience managing external warehouses.
• Leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• ERP experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
