Social Media Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

SnappyCX is looking for a senior, hands‑on Social Media Marketing Manager to drive the growth of the brand and founder’s personal channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. This fully remote, independent‑contractor position reports on weekly performance and sets the creative direction for all social assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own follower, reach, and engagement targets on every platform and report weekly.
• Monitor accounts multiple times daily, respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours, and proactively engage comparable accounts.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar, including stories and captions, for all channels.
• Lead videographers and graphic designers by issuing detailed creative briefs, enforcing standards, and meeting deadlines.
• Provide clear direction for founder‑generated on‑camera or on‑mic content, including shot descriptions and length.
• Manage scheduling, publishing, and inboxes using Meta Business Suite and tools such as Later and Buffer; recommend tool changes in writing.
• Follow written approval rules for founder’s personal channels, especially LinkedIn.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing social media for consumer brands, with at least 2 years accountable for growth metrics.
• Direct experience leading videographers and graphic designers, with examples of managing performance.
• Proven growth results demonstrated through at least two case studies with real numbers.
• Hands‑on fluency with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, and at least one scheduling platform.
