Conversion Copywriter – Marketing & Communication

About the role

Matajir is looking for a Conversion Copywriter to craft compelling advertising copy and high‑converting content across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with design and advertising teams to ensure brand consistency while driving awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Write persuasive copy for paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
• Develop high‑converting landing‑page, video, brochure and other digital asset content.
• Create and schedule engaging social‑media posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage content calendars in coordination with design and publishing teams.
• Ensure all written material follows the brand’s tone of voice and communication guidelines.
• Apply SEO principles to blogs and web content where applicable.
• Analyze content performance and report on engagement, reach and conversion metrics.
• Develop email marketing copy for client campaigns, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Required profile

• BSc in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in content creation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Very good proficiency in Excel.
