Specialist - People Experience & Culture

About the role

The People Experience & Culture Specialist will lead the localisation and activation of Chalhoub Group’s culture, employee experience, engagement and wellbeing agenda in Egypt. Working closely with the Egypt leadership team and Group People Experience & Culture, you will translate Group priorities and employee insights into country‑specific strategies and interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and drive the Egypt People Experience & Culture roadmap aligned with Group priorities and local business needs.
• Translate employee and business insights into targeted priorities, interventions and action plans.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen team cultures, embed inclusive and healthy ways of working.
• Monitor progress and impact of the roadmap, identify risks and gaps, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Design, pilot and measure new approaches, sharing insights and best practices across the Group.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR, employee experience, culture or engagement functions.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data and insights into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
