Telesales Representative (Egypt)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to generate sales through outbound and inbound phone calls. The role is remote and focuses on identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, and closing deals over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present product benefits clearly and handle questions, concerns, and objections.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track performance metrics and collaborate with sales and support teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound or inside sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle objections.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Organized with good time‑management skills.
