Remote Appointment Setter – BPO (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team. The role focuses on outbound cold calling, lead generation, and booking qualified appointments for our international clients during the night shift (6 PM – 2 AM Cairo time).

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers and initiate professional sales conversations.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers through cold calling and other lead‑generation activities.
• Schedule qualified appointments and maintain a consistent pipeline for the sales team.
• Handle objections, conduct timely follow‑ups, and record all activities in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in BPO, appointment setting, telesales, cold calling or lead generation.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet (minimum 100 Mbps) and power backup for uninterrupted work.
