Vendor Operations Manager

About the role

As a Vendor Operations Manager you will oversee and optimise the performance of third‑party 3PL vendors, including pickers and other workforce hiring, to ensure seamless fulfillment for Noon’s hyper‑local delivery platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal warehouse and dark‑store teams to troubleshoot and resolve vendor‑related issues.
• Monitor vendor 3PL performance metrics such as absenteeism, attrition and shift‑timing adherence.
• Support onboarding of new 3PL vendors by ensuring proper documentation, system setup and process training.
• Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to vendors, aligning them with Noon’s service expectations.
• Conduct audits on vendor campsites and transportation facilities.
• Prepare reports and analyses on vendor performance for internal review and strategic planning.
• Escalate high‑impact issues and coordinate resolution with key stakeholders.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in vendor operations, supply chain or fulfillment hiring, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong understanding of the 3PL lifecycle and fulfillment processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple vendor relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
