About the role

We are seeking a talented 2D Graphic Designer to join our advertising agency’s creative team. The role involves turning briefs into compelling visual solutions for both digital and print media, while collaborating closely with creative directors and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality 2D designs for digital and print assets.
• Translate concepts and briefs into visually compelling designs.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and visual systems aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative directors and team members to refine ideas.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Maintain organized files and design systems across projects.
• Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance creative workflows and ideation.

Required profile

• Strong creativity with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Critical thinking and visual problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• 2+ years experience working in a creative agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong 2D design skills (branding, layouts, illustrations, etc.).
• Understanding of branding and on‑ground activations.
• Interest in contemporary design trends and storytelling.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI design tools to support ideation, design, and efficiency.
