AC Technician

About the role

The AC Technician will support the daily operation of property vehicles at our hotel in the New Administrative Capital, Cairo. This full‑time position focuses on routine maintenance, safety compliance, and inventory management for engineering trucks, shuttle vans, and electric carts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform minor routine maintenance on property vehicles, including oil and fluid level checks, tire pressure and wear inspections, battery charging, and spark plug replacement.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring cleaning, lubrication, and proper storage.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of operations, maintenance activities, safety incidents, test results, and equipment malfunctions.
• Manage maintenance inventory, requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Follow all company safety, security, and environmental policies; report hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly.
• Support team communication, prepare documentation, and handle telephone inquiries with professional etiquette.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning objects up to 50 lb and conducting visual inspections of tools and equipment.
• Assist with any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of related vehicle‑maintenance experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Vehicle maintenance (oil checks, fluid levels, tire pressure, battery charging, spark plug replacement).
• Tool cleaning, lubrication, and preventative upkeep.
