Academic Professor (DBA/PhD) – Lectures & Mentoring

About the role

We are seeking experienced DBA/PhD holders to deliver high‑quality postgraduate lectures and mentorship across a range of business and management specializations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver DBA/PhD‑level lectures across multiple specializations such as Statistics, International Business, Accounting, Banking, Business Law, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Management, HR, Marketing, Project Management, Quality, Research, Risk Management, Supply Chain, and Strategic Planning.
• Prepare and update course materials, presentations and assessments that reflect core theories, industry practices and emerging trends.
• Conduct lectures, workshops and discussions in onsite, online or recorded formats.
• Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments and projects.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to postgraduate students.
• Ensure course delivery meets institutional quality and accreditation standards.
• Participate in academic meetings, evaluations and continuous improvement activities.
• Integrate real‑world case studies and practical applications into the curriculum.

Required profile

• DBA or PhD in the relevant discipline or a closely related field.
• Experience teaching postgraduate or executive‑level programs.
• Prior experience with online and recorded course delivery.
• Industry leadership or consulting background (preferred).
• Exposure to international or accredited academic programs.
• Publication record or active research contributions (nice to have).

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
