Account Manager – Dakahlia

About the role

Holcim, a global leader in sustainable building solutions, is seeking an Account Manager for its operations in Dakahlia, Egypt. The role focuses on managing key customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Promote and sell Holcim’s cement and ready‑mix concrete products to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s presence within assigned territories.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing in line with company guidelines.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with key clients and act as the main interface between the customer and Holcim.
• Coordinate with sales operations, dispatch, logistics, and plant teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to management.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, customer visits, and revenue performance.
• Enforce health and safety legislation and company policies throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing key customer accounts or sales within the building materials sector.
• Strong ability to negotiate contracts and commercial offers.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards.
