Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our clients in Maadi, Cairo. You will coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and drive growth within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned clients.
• Act as primary contact for client inquiries, understand needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up to secure orders.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, production, design and logistics to deliver projects on time.
• Monitor project timelines, keep clients updated and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and conduct regular follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate client records, quotations and order status in the CRM system.
• Track account performance, achieve sales and retention targets, and prepare activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales or client relations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for managing client data and sales pipelines.
