Account Manager – Market Research (EMEA) – Remote

About the role

This position sits within the EMEA Client Service team at TGM Research. As an Account Manager (internally titled Client Service Manager), you will own client relationships, drive project delivery, and contribute to revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue account expansion and upsell opportunities to generate incremental revenue.
• Support lead generation and new‑business activities to acquire additional clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large, complex client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate the execution of medium to complex research projects, overseeing timelines, sampling strategy, and fieldwork performance.
• Maintain daily communication with clients, advise on potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor project financials and performance metrics to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in account management and/or project management within market‑research online panel companies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Problem‑solving skills and a data‑oriented background (research, statistics, or data science) is a bonus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
