Account Manager (Team Leader) – Marketing

About the role

The Account Manager (Team Leader) will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts while leading the execution of marketing campaigns. This full‑time onsite position reports directly to senior management and works closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Understand client objectives and develop appropriate marketing strategies.
• Oversee campaign execution across digital, social, and content channels.
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing or account management.
• Proven experience handling key accounts or working in a marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
