About the role
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Accountant & Inventory Controller to oversee daily accounting operations and manage stock for our leather bags and fashion brand. Based in Abu‑Rawash, Giza, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions, issuing invoices and tracking payments, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. You will work closely with operations, production, boutique and online sales teams to ensure seamless financial and stock flow.
Key responsibilities
- Record all daily financial transactions accurately.
- Issue invoices and track both receivables and payables.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management.
- Handle tax obligations and coordinate with an external accounting firm.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and finished goods.
- Track stock movement between production, boutique, and online sales channels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Operations regarding purchases and stock planning.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in inventory control, preferably in a product‑based business.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations.
- High accuracy with strong attention to detail.
- Organized and able to meet deadlines.
