Accountant – Full‑time, New Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and organized Accountant to join our team at Mostafa Innovation. The role involves managing daily accounting activities, monitoring expenses, handling project‑related accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records.
• Track company income, expenses, invoices, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
• Track project costs, material expenses, and contractor payments.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare regular cash flow reports.
• Review and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for projects.
• Prepare payroll and employee‑related financial records when required.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers, contractors, and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
• Assist with tax‑related and other financial requirements when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Experience in cash management and bank reconciliation.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience in project costing, contractor payments, and tracking project expenses is preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or real estate is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
