Accountant

About the role

MICIT is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its finance team at the Dokki office. The role focuses on handling all accounting activities for its two subsidiaries, Bevatel and Ocoda, ensuring accurate invoicing, transaction recording and compliance with Saudi VAT and IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, track and reconcile customer invoices, matching them with received payments.
• Maintain and update financial data in the company’s ERP system.
• Prepare and analyse tax filings, applying Saudi Arabia VAT regulations.
• Apply IFRS 15 revenue‑recognition principles and calculate service costs according to accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support month‑end closing and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in financial and tax accounting within Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in telecom or service‑oriented companies is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and high accuracy in data entry.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Zoho preferred).
• Knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations.
• Familiarity with IFRS 15 revenue‑recognition standards.
